You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform or its content without our prior written consent.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our platform, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you violate these ToS or engage in any conduct that we deem harmful or disruptive.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of our platform or its content.

7. Limitation of Liability

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These ToS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Norway.
